grilled Foie Gras


Foie Gras the the top left piece of grilled thingy. the red sauce is some raspberry sauce to perk up the rich goose liver taste. one delicate gourmet french delicacy. bon appetit!

i've heard so many bad rumors about foei gras, like how the poor geese are overfed and stuffed with nutrients to create fatty liver (a pathological diseased condition also in humans - happens to alcoholics and progresses to liver cirrhosis - hardening - and death), poor geesies..
